Mayor Pisasale and Bob the Builder set to launch exciting new display village at Brentwood Rise

Ipswich City Mayor Cr Paul Pisasale will share the limelight with Bob the Builder when he officially opens the region’s first major display village in more than a decade at Investa Property Group’s Brentwood Rise on Sunday March 28th.

The twenty four home display village located at Cardena Drive (off Augusta Parkway) is an exciting addition to the western corridor’s property market and symbolizes a coming of age for the Brentwood Rise neighbourhood.

Investa’s Brentwood Rise development manager Damian Long said he was delighted with the high quality finish of all the homes and he encouraged locals to come out and inspect the large range of homes on display.

“We are really thrilled to have these new homes open and ready for inspection. There’s been a lot of buzz and excitement around the neighbourhood in anticipation of the completion of the display village and it’s great to have them all completed.

Mr Long said the display village launch would be a great event for the whole family to enjoy with River 949 broadcasting live from 10am-2pm, a live appearance from Bob the Builder, free sausage sizzle, jumping castle, games and a competition with a number of great prizes on offer.

“It’s going to be a fun day and I know the builders are gearing up for lots of people to come and inspect their homes. There is also number of great house and land packages on offer and I am sure they will attract a lot of interest considering the high quality of the neighbourhood combined with its easy access to the Orion Shopping centre, a number of great schools, TAFE, the University and the Greg Norman designed Brookwater golf course.” Mr Long said.
