Lloyd is the Group Executive for Investa’s Commercial, Industrial and Residential land development business. Lloyd has been at Investa for over 4 years.
Prior to joining Investa, Lloyd held positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and other property firms, providing him with exposure to all aspects of property sales, leasing and development over the past 19 years.
- Duncan Peacocke, Chief Financial Officer

Duncan Peacocke is the Chief Financial Officer for the Investa Land development division at Investa. This includes all commercial, industrial and residential development projects for Investa other than CBD office development. Duncan has been at Investa for 7 years.
Prior to joining Investa, Duncan held positions at Vodafone Australia, TRW Steering & Suspension and Pacific Dunlop. Duncan has over 17 years experience working in finance and accounting. He holds a MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Economics Degree from Macquarie University and is CPA qualified.
- Cameron Holt, General Manager - NSW

Cameron Holt is the General Manager of Investa Land NSW within Investa Property Group and is responsible for Investa Land’s NSW Development business which controls 26 projects with an end value exceeding $2 billion. Prior to joining Investa, Cameron was with the Mirvac Group, managing a portfolio of development projects with a combined value in excess of $2.5B. Cameron also performed a corporate role through Mirvac’s National Product Review Forum which evaluated all group development projects. Prior to joining Mirvac, Cameron held senior management positions in Government, including a role as Town Planning Manager at Hornsby Council in Sydney’s northern suburbs. With formal qualifications in Commerce, Land Economics and Urban Planning, Cameron has over 20 years experience in Private Sector and Government roles. Cameron also holds a Real Estate Agents licence.
- Paul O’Brien, General Manager - VIC

Paul O’Brien is the General Manager, VIC for Investa Land within Investa Property Group and is responsible for the management of industrial land, non-CBD commercial office and residential land. Paul joined Investa in January 2006. Paul has over 20 years of experience with developers, corporate clients, project managers and builders across commercial, industrial, health and residential projects. Paul’s experience has been diverse from a Site Manager for builders to Project Director on major projects. Over the last 10 years Paul has worked for owners/developers such as Mayne Group, Austcorp and Multiplex.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Building Engineering Degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Property.
- Andrew Stokes, Senior Development Manager - QLD

Andrew Stokes is the Senior Development Manager responsible for the management of Investa Land’s Queensland portfolio of industrial land. Andrew joined Investa in 2004 and has had an integral role in the acquisition and development of the industrial land portfolio in Queensland. Andrew has had over 18 years experience in the property and construction industry with exposure to sectors as diverse as hospitals, major road and rail infrastructure, mining, schools, residential and, of course, industrial. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Queensland University of Technology.
- Ashley Nankervis, Senior Development Manager - QLD

Ashley Nankervis is a Senior Development Manager with Investa Land and is responsible for the QLD Residential Development Business Plan. Ashley has been with Investa for four years and oversees two master-planned communities. Prior to joining Investa, Ashley held senior development roles at Stockland/Lensworth managing a portfolio of various development projects, as well as previous private sector roles within engineering firms. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree and Master of Engineering Science (Project Management) and is CPEng qualified, with 15 years experience in the property industry.
