Management Team

Investa Funds management is led by an experienced team of professionals with extensive knowledge and background in real estate management and funds management. The management team is listed below.

Ian Schilling, Group Executive

Ian Schilling is the Group Executive for Funds Management Group within Investa Property Group and is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of this business. Prior to joining Investa in 2008, Ian was the Executive Director of Japanese Real Estate and Chief Executive Officer of Record Realty within Allco Finance Group and prior to that was Joint Managing Director of Evolution Funds Management and held various positions within Colonial First State Property including the Head of Closed Core Funds and Mandates. Ian has over 14 years experience throughout both the property and funds management industry encompassing all facets of property funds management including listed and unlisted property as well as domestic and global investment markets. Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Bachelor of Business degree (Property) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment (SIA).

Roger Parker, Group General Manager; Fund Manager, IEF

Roger Parker is the General Manager of Funds Management within Investa Property Group and Fund Manager for Investa Enhanced Fund. Roger joined Investa in 2008 and is responsible for the growth of funds management initiatives within the group with a particular focus on two way capital flow between Europe and Australia. Prior to joining Investa, Roger headed the Real Estate Wholesale Funds Management Division within Allco Finance Group, and was previously Joint Managing Director of Evolution Funds Management. Prior to that Roger was the Fund Manager of the Commonwealth Property Fund within Colonial First State Property. Roger has over 19 years experience in the property and funds management industry. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree.

Mark Lumby, General Manager, Retail Funds; Fund Manager, MPT, I5CT

Mark Lumby is the General Manager for Investa Property Group’s Retail Funds, responsible for growing the retail property funds business by establishing new funds and overseeing the management of existing funds. In addition to his role as General Manager, Mark is also Fund Manager of Martin Place Trust and Investa Fifth Commercial Trust. Mark has over 10 years experience throughout the property and funds management industries. Prior to joining Investa, Mark was actively involved in growing Stockland’s funds management business to approximately $1 billion and was previously the Director of Trafalgar Corporate’s funds management business managing more than $300 million of funds under management. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is an Associate of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Ivan Gorridge, Chief Financial Officer

Ivan Gorridge is the Chief Financial Officer within the Funds Management business of Investa Property Group. This includes managing the finance function including financial reporting, funding, analysis and compliance obligations.

Prior to joining Investa in 2004, Ivan held positions at Thales and Sime Darby. Ivan is a CPA with over 15 years of accounting experience and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Curtin University of Technology and Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Peter Menegazzo, Fund Manager, Investa Commercial Property Fund

Peter Menegazzo is the Fund Manager for Investa Commercial Property Fund (ICPF) at Investa Property Group. Peter rejoined Investa in January 2007 and is responsible for the daily management and strategic direction of the fund. Peter has broad property, funds management and finance experience gained through over 10 years in the industry. Prior to joining Investa Peter held senior roles with AMP Capital Investors and BDO Corporate Finance.

Grant Nichols, Fund Manager, Investa Diversified Office Fund, Investa Second Industrial Trust

Grant Nichols is the Fund Manager for the Investa Diversified Office Fund (IDOF) and Investa Second Industrial Trust (ISIT) at Investa Property Group. Grant joined Investa in December 2003 working in the Asset Management business unit and was appointed to Fund Manager for IDOF in January 2008. Grant has over 7 years industry experience. Prior to joining Investa, Grant held roles with AMP Capital Investors and AMP Office Trust.
