Fund Overview
The Investa Commercial Property Fund (“ICPF” or “Fund”) provides an opportunity to invest in a portfolio of high quality Australian commercial office assets across major east coast Australian office markets. The Fund has a total return focus and currently holds interests in twelve prime grade office assets.
The Fund has an allocation of up to 20% of gross assets to value-add opportunities.
The Fund aims to achieve above median manager performance over a rolling three year period as measured by the Mercer Unlisted Property Fund Index. The Fund also seeks to provide a total return of 9% p.a. after fees.
