Investa North Sydney Property Trust (“INSPT”):
- was established in June 2001 as a closed end property trust
- had an initial life of 12 years
- held a 50% interest in a commercial property located in North Sydney, NSW
- sold its interest in the North Sydney property in August 2006
- paid distributions totalling 79.3058 cents per unit during the year ended 30 June 2007 (which included a return of capital) and the final distribution was paid on 22 December 2006
- redeemed all of the units on 18 December 2006
- delivered an estimated return of 3.1% p.a. during the life of the trust (underperforming the Mercer Unlisted Property Fund Index of 13.1% p.a. for the same period)
- has now been wound up
